3. The petitioner, a Financial Corporation had filed an application under Section 14 of The Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002 on 17.03.2025 before the respondent no. 1, which is pending for almost ten months now.

4. In spite of a statutory mandate to dispose of such application within a period of 30 days, the same has not been disposed of as yet.

5. The respondent no. 1 is directed to dispose of the application made by the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act by 20.02.2026.

6. With this direction, WPA 1331 of 2026 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
