The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Patuli Boys' Free Primary School, a school under Purbasthali Circle of Purba Bardhaman District Primary School Council ('Council' in short). The petitioner is praying A-Category scale of pay. representation of the petitioner addressed to the Chairman of the said Council, the respondent no.6 herein dated December 23, 2024 to the said effect forms part of the writ petition being Annexure 'P-8'.

The respondent no.6 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 1331 of 2025 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
