It is also submitted that there is no material to show that the petitioner had uploaded the objectionable videos of the victim. He prays for bail. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Learned Counsel for the defacto complainant also opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a minor. Victim stated that the petitioner had taken her objectionable pictures and videos. The videos were uploaded on a social media site. These incriminating materials implicate the

petitioner in the crime. Prayer for bail was rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
