1. The petitioner says that he is in custody for 76 days. Nothing was recovered from him. He has been implicated on the basis of statement made by a co-accused person. He prays for bail.

2. Learned State Advocate tells us that investigation is going on. Charge-sheet is yet to be submitted. The petitioner fled away from the place of seizure. 700 bottles of phensedyl syrup was seized from the accused persons.

3. Since investigation is in progress and commercial quantity of contraband items is involved, we are not inclined to entertain his prayer for bail, at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail is rejected.

4. The application being CRM (NDPS) 95 of 2025 is accordingly dismissed.
