...for School Authority 1) Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2) Though it is submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that application for transfer was made on the ground of distance in between the present school of the petitioner and her place of residence and prayer is made for taking steps by the concerned respondent authorities for consideration of the transfer application of the petitioner but it is pointed out by the learned advocate representing the school authority that application was made on 31st March, 2022 on Utsashree portal by the petitioner on medical ground.

3) A document has been filed before this Court, which is taken on record from where it appears that after preferring application on 31st March, 2022, school

authority forwarded the same to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.). Subsequently, medical report was obtained on medical examination of the petitioner wherefrom it was found by the concerned respondent authorities that medical report does not justify transfer of the petitioner. Consequently, transfer application was sent back by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) to the school authority and thereafter from the school authority to the petitioner. 4) In view of the aforesaid exercise carried out by the respondent authorities, no further direction is required for consideration of the transfer application of the petitioner dated 31st March, 2022.

5) Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.

6) However, there shall be no order as to costs. 7) Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
