Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for relaxation of the conditions of bail granted on 18.02.2025. So far as the condition so imposed in the order granting bail, the same is altered and modified to the extent that the petitioner would be staying within the jurisdiction of Suti Police Station and would meet with the Inspector-in-Charge, Suti Police Station once in a fortnight till further orders of the Court.

Petitioner, if he intends to go outside the District of Murshidabad, will inform the learned Special Court before leaving the jurisdiction.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
