1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.
2. The petitioner complains that the order of this Court dated 13th June, 2022 has not been effectively complied with by the alleged contemnor.
3. It appears from the record that an appeal against the said order has been dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court on 4th April, 2023 passed in M.A.T. No. 989 of 2022.
4. The School Service Commission has thereafter communicated to the petitioner that there are other candidates, who ranked above him in the School chosen.
5. In that view of the matter, the petitioner shall sit with the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission on 21st February, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. for the purpose of ascertaining and identifying a
School nearby the petitioner's place of choice where any vacancy may exist.
6. If such School is identified and agreed upon by the petitioner, let appropriate orders be passed by the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission. The Chairman shall thereafter forward a recommendation to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education who shall pass necessary orders.
7. Let aforesaid exercise be completed within a period of ten days after 22nd February, 2024. The entire efforts of the petitioner shall be undertaken offline.
8. With the aforesaid directions, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.
9. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged. 10.
There will be no order as to costs. s 11.
