It has been referred in the report that the investigation into the case has almost been completed and the final report will be submitted before the learned jurisdictional court very soon. Having considered the contents in the revisional application and the fact that the present Investigating Officer is working on the issues of the grievance of the de facto complainant, I direct the Investigating Officer to submit a report before the jurisdictional court by 31st May, 2024.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 212 of 2024 is disposed of.
