Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

Although the respondents have been served on four occasions, they are not represented even today. The writ petitioner has made a representation on September 2, 2019, June 10, 2020 and October 12, 2020 for release of his terminal benefits. The respondents have remained silent thereon.

In those circumstances, the General Manager of the Indian Bank (formerly known as Allahabad Bank) is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law mandatorily and positively within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The G.M., Indian Bank shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of 7 days thereof.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1395 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this judgment, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
