Mr. Gopal Chandra Ghosh Mr. Subhasish Pachhal ...for the Appellants Due to inadvertent mistake in the judgment dated 03.04.2025, in the cause title, the name of the appellants and respondents have been wrongly written as "Bijoy Ram Sinha Vs. Shib Nath Bhaduri" instead of "Rekha Sinha and Another Vs. Abhijit Bhaduri and others" and in the 7th page, in the last line of the first paragraph, the citation has been wrongly written as "AIR 1987 SC 744" instead of "AIR 1967 SC 744".

Let the correction be incorporated and be made part of the judgment dated 03.04.2025. Other portions of the judgment shall remain unaltered. (Dr. Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
