Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that they shall expedite the process for finalization in respect of cycle stand as early as possible. He also submits that they have no objection in respect of petitioner's running cycle stand till the new tender is issued by them. Accordingly, respondent authorities are directed to expedite the process of finalization in respect of the cycle stand at the earliest.

Status quo shall continue with regard to the petitioner till the new tender process is completed.

Furthermore, I make it clear that petitioner shall be at liberty to participate in the said tender process. With these observations, WPA 51 of 2009 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
