1. This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the Order No. 65 dated 10.8.2011 passed by learned Judge, 5th Bench, City Civil Court, Calcutta in Money Suit No. 466 of 1999.

2. Ms. Ghosh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the money suit has already been disposed of on 31.1.2022, as a result this revisional application has become infructuous.

3. The revisional application, is thus, disposed of being infructuous.
