Act and added Sections 16(1)(a)/16(1)(b)/18/20/38/39 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.

And In Re : Sri Kajal Mahato ..... petitioner Mr. Neiguive Ahmed Ms. Amita Gaur ... for the State None appears for the petitioner. None appeared for the petitioner on October 4, 2021 also.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that, the application for bail of the co-accused was dismissed on March 24, 2021 in CRM 10665 of 2020 and that the trial is in progress. According to him, the petitioner stands in the same footing as that of the other co-accused whose prayer for bail was rejected on March 24, 2021. Considering the fact that the trial is in progress and considering the fact that the application for bail of the coaccused being CRM 10665 of 2020 was rejected on March 24, 2021, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 476 of 2021 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
