1. None appears for the parties in an appeal of the year 2001 despite accommodation on the last occasion, having been given as a last chance. No accommodation is prayed for.

3. Accordingly, the instant appeal shall stand dismissed for default. Consequently all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed.

4. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

5. There will be no order as to costs.
