1. By an order dated January 30, 2026, when none had appeared for the parties, it was recorded by the Court that a last chance was given to the petitioner to appear and move the contempt application. However, even today, at the time of call, none appears to move the same.

2. Hence, CPAN 49 of 2021 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.
