Perused the solemn order dated 13.07.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the office report dated 01.08.2023/16.11.2023.

In the said order, the Hon'ble Division Bench has been pleased to direct interalia, "If the appellant does not put in the requisites in terms of the report appended thereto within a week from date, the appeal shall stand dismissed"

It appears from the reports annexed with the appeal file that Talabana of Rs.3.25/- along with written up notice forms have not yet been filed by the appellant for effecting service of notice of appeal upon the sole respondent.

In view of the said solemn order dated 13.07.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench, the appeal stands dismissed.
