As per the earlier order of this Court dated 20th January, 2023, Mr.

Siddiqui, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instruction, submits that the Electronic Credit Ledger of the petitioner has already been unblocked and at present it is not blocked and as such the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and no further order is needed to be passed.

In view of such submission of Mr. Siddiqui, this writ petition being WPA 1160 of 2023 is disposed of without passing any further order.
