...for the appellant Mr. Anirban Pramanick, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that he has received a letter dated 25th October, 2021 from the State Bank of India, the appellant herein, informing him that the matter has been settled between the parties. The respondent has availed of the one-time settlement scheme and the entire amount has been realised in the meantime. The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of by recording that the parties have settled their disputes amicably. The original letter dated 25th October, 2021 is kept with the record.
