It is submitted that the investigation into FIR No.37 of 2023 dated 17th January, 2023 is on the verge of completion.

Let the investigation into the aforesaid FIR be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from date and report in the final form be filed before the jurisdictional magistrate. 4.

The private respondent is represented. Counsel for the private respondent submits that she is on bail. 5.

Personal presence of the I.O., Farakka Police Station is dispensed with.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
