Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee Mr. Manas Das Mr. Debapriya Majumder Mr. Akash Sarkar Mr. Arindam Pati...........for the petitioners Petitioners have challenged the continuation of Bowbazar Police Station Case No. 183 of 2021 dated 28.07.2021. According to the petitioners, investigation of the case is still continuing.

I find from the subject matter of the letter of complaint, which has been treated to be the First Information Report of this case that there is an allegation in respect of tender relating to fire safety equipments in respect of the school being granted, which amounted to Rs. 1.67 crores and all the fire safety equipments were found to be defunct.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that series of litigations are pending between the parties and there are civil disputes relating to the management of the school and other trust concerned.

Petitioners are granted liberty to take up all the issues with the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Division, Kolkata. Petitioners in their representation to the Deputy Commissioner of

Police, Central Division, Kolkata shall elaborate regarding the series of cases pending and the apprehension regarding the petitioners being implicated in false cases.

Deputy Commissioner will dispose of the representation by way of issuing necessary instructions to the investigating officer of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, C.R.R. 218 of 2024 is disposed of.
