that the petitioner is in custody from July, 2025 and initially he was granted bail but subsequently his bail was cancelled. Learned advocate for the State submits that huge number of people were defrauded in the present case for providing job and further investigation of the case is still in progress. Having considered the magnitude of the offence, I am of the view that until and unless there is substantial progress in the further investigation of the case, it would not be fit and proper to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Thus, CRM(M)189 of 2026 is dismissed.
