Report reflects that there is a decree of the civil court in Title Suit No.65 of 2003 by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Barasat, 24 Parganas (North). Report also reflects that the police authorities have taken steps and, in fact, protected the petitioner by way of taking appropriate steps under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the steps taken by the police authorities, I am of the view that no interference is required by this Court.

If

subsequently, any crisis surfaces, the police authorities are directed to act in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1410 of 2021 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
