Petitioners before us are the husband, father-in-law and uncle-in-law of the deceased.

The place of occurrence is the matrimonial home of the deceased.

Neighbours implicate all the petitioners in meting out torture and demanding dowry from the deceased and her family members. The death occured within three years of marriage.

Considering the complicity of the petitioners in the incident as appearing from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 169 of 2024 is dismissed.
