Petitioner has prayed for transfer on being appointed in 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for recruitment of Assistant Teacher for Classes IX & X.

It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the parties that the entire selection process that is 1st SLST, 2016 (Classes IX, X XI & XII) has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court at present.

In view of pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no order need be passed at

this stage on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in future, if situation so arises.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
