Mr. Dipankar Mahata ....for the State Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 17.01.2025 passed in CRM (A) 200 of 2025 inter alia on the condition to meet the Investigating Officer of the case once a week until further orders. Subsequently, by an order dated 25.08.2025, the time to surrender was extended by four weeks. The petitioner surrendered and was granted bail and has been complying with the condition to meet the Investigating Officer. Charge sheet has been submitted. Heard the learned counsel for the State.

Considering the above and the fact that charge sheet has been submitted, the condition of anticipatory bail is relaxed and the

condition to meet the Investigating Officer once a week is relaxed and waived.

Accordingly, CRAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
