Report reflects that the statement of one Anirban Sarkar was recorded and a communication by the said Anirban Sarkar for and behalf of Amplitude Dealtrade Private Limited addressed to the Officer-in-Charge, Baguiati Police Station has been enclosed along with the report.

The contents of the statement and the report reflect that the petitioners and the private opposite party no.2 have amicably settled the dispute.

Having considered the nature of the offence complained of and that there were transactions, dues and demands which were the main thrust of the criminal case, I am of the view that further continuance of the proceedings are unwarranted in view of the changed circumstances.

Consequently, all further proceedings arising out of Baguiati P. S. Case No. 89 of 2022 dated 12-03-2022 under sections 420/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and pending before the CJM, Barasat is hereby quashed.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 219 of 2024 is allowed.

Pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
