Department has submitted a report on 12.4.2024, indicating that the Raniganj Police Station could not serve notice upon the respondent nos. 2 and 3, as the residence of respondent nos. 1 and 2 are within the jurisdiction of the Bolpur and Arambag Police Station, respectively. 6.

Respondent no. 4/State of West Bengal is not present. 7.

Mr. Bibaswan Bhattacharya, learned Advocate alongwith Mr. Rahul Ganguly, learned Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent no. 4/ State of West Bengal.

Department is directed to send administrative notice through the concerned Police Station upon the respondent nos. 1 and 3 and submit a report on the next date fixed.
