In pursuance to the order of this court the administrative notice was served upon the appellant. None appears before this Court after service of administrative notice.

Considering the conduct of the parties and considering the long pendency of the instant appeal, it appears to me that the appellant is not interested to proceed further with this appeal. Accordingly, the instant appeal be dismissed for default.
