Counsel for the petitioners submits that they have been engaged by the State to run computer training to local residents. It is submitted that the training facility has been running since about 1990. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the private respondent nos. 4 and 5 are local residents, who are creating obstruction in running of the said facility. It is further submitted that the respondent no. 6, a civic volunteer, attached to Keshiary Police Station is also using his political clout to prevent the petitioners from running their training institute.

Counsel for the State submits that proceedings have already been taken out by the Keshiary Police Station being LCR No. 281 of 2021 under Section 107 of Cr. P. C. on

14.06.2021. It is further submitted that the respondent nos. 4 and 5 are teacher and secretary respectively of the institute of the petitioners. Insofar as the respondent no. 6 is concerned, it is stated that he is a civic volunteer who has nothing to do with the allegations made by the petitioners.

This Court has noted the rival contentions of the parties. It appears that the Officer-inCharge, Keshiary Police Station has already taken out proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C. and the same are directed to be enforced strictly. In addition thereto, the Officer-in-Charge, Keshiary Police Station is directed not to allow the respondent no. 6 to come near the institute and/or facility of the petitioner or interfere with its functioning. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
