As the petitioners are aggrieved by the delay in disposal of the Title Suit No. 146 of 2016 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Second Court, Asansol, this Court is of the view that service of notice upon the respondents/opposite parties may be dispensed with.

Thus service of notice upon the opposite parties is dispensed with.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that although the case is fixed for framing of issues from 31st January, 2020 but the issues are not framed till today.

Upon hearing the learned Advocate for the petitioners and upon perusing the records of this case, this court is of the view that as the suit is pending from S.D.

2016 and issues are not framed, the issues should be framed within a short period and the Title Suit No. 146 of 2016 should also be disposed of expeditiously.

Thus learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Second Court, Asansol is requested to frame the issues in Title Suit No. 146 of 2016 on the next date fixed. Learned Judge is further requested to dispose of the suit within one year from the date of framing of the issues. This revisional application stands disposed of. (Biswaroop Chowdhury, J.)
