The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the order treating him as an adult is under challenge. As a result, the proceedings have been stalled.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner alongwith others had brutally murdered a minor.

We have considered the materials on record. Allegations against the petitioner are grave. Proceedings are being delayed due to

revisional application taken out by the petitioner as aforesaid. Hence, the delay cannot be attributed to the petitioner and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

CRM 257 of 2020 is disposed of.
