The petitioner applied for general transfer to another school through Utsasree Portal in the month of August, 2021. In the month of August there was neither amendment to the Rules for General Transfer, 2015 nor there was existence of the circular clarifying the transfer of single teacher in the posts of a school. Therefore, the petitioner's case is to be considered under the unamended Rules of 2015 for general transfer.

The authorities are directed to consider the application of the petitioner under such unamended Rules, 2015.

The school authority, I am told, has not given the no-objection certificate to the petitioner. If the petitioner is otherwise entitled, the school authority will grant no-objection certificate to the petitioner.

With this direction the writ petition is disposed of.
