Petitioner alleges that he and his wife has been thrown out from the house by the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Learned advocate for the State submits that if the petitioner along with his family approaches the police authorities, all possible assistance would be rendered by the police authorities for smooth entry into the residence of the petitioner.

Accordingly, 48 hours before the petitioner intends to enter his residence he would inform the Inspector-in-Charge, Panskura Police Station. The concerned Officer would make arrangements by way

of deputing police personnel so that the petitioner is not resisted from entering his residence.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1110 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
