However, time was granted to the petitioner to persuade this Court from changing its prima facie view.

The matter was again adjourned on 4th July, 2024 at the instance of the learned advocate for the petitioner. The matter was lastly adjourned on 16th January, 2025. The petitioner remains unrepresented even today. No adjournment is sought for. No one has applied on virtual mode to represent the petitioner.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
