Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for waiver of the condition imposed at the stage when the bail was granted on 24.02.2025.

It has been pointed out that the case before the Trial Court is at the argument stage.

Having considered the stage of the case, the condition so imposed is waived. However, the petitioner shall inform the learned Trial Court in case he leaves the District of Malda. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is allowed.
