1. Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 25.01.2024.

2. In the fourth line of the fourth paragraph of the order the words 'learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandannagr, Hooghly' shall be read as 'learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Special Judge, Chinsurah, Hooghly'.

3. Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the order.

4. Other portions of the order shall remain the same.

5. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
