1. Petitioner seeks for appropriate inquiry with regard to the fake caste certificates.

2. Identical issue is the subject matter of a writ petition being W.P.A. (P) 588 of 2023 in which certain directions have been issued on 12th December, 2023 and the matter is still pending.

3. Hence, any other writ petition on the same issue will result in multiplicity of the proceedings.

4. Therefore, we dispose of this writ petition giving liberty to the writ petitioner to seek impleadment in the said pending writ petition.

5. No costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
