The petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Teacher of the subject 'Physical Education' at Sitai High School, District- Cooch Behar, on mutual transfer, he came to Huda Herampur High School, District - Murshidabad, a school in his home district.

A representation of the petitioner for his transfer again to a school nearer to his residence at Berhampore is pending consideration before the Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no. 3 herein.

The petitioner is praying a direction upon the said respondent for disposal of his such representation. The ailment of his aged parents and the petitioner has wife and child at home are the grounds for seeking such transfer.

The grounds are not at all convincing, as such the representation of the petitioner does not deserve any consideration. W.P.A. 1124 of 2024 is therefore dismissed. There shall however be no order as to costs.
