Mr. Piush Chaturvedi Mr. Tarun Kumar Das ...... for the petitioner Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay Mr. Biswarup Biswas ... for the State Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points a certain factual corrections in the order passed by this Court on 3rd February, 2022. The corrections relate to the MAT number in relation to a Division Bench Judgment of this Court.

Let such corrections be incorporated in the order dated 3rd February, 2022, in the following manner:

1. In the 2nd paragraph at page-2 of the said order where it has been mentioned that "the petitioner relies on three decisions", should now correctly be read as "the petitioner relies on two decisions".

2. In the same paragraph where the "MAT 193 of 2019, along with its cause title" was mentioned, should now correctly be read as

"MAT 653 of 2018 ( Dhimadhab Kritania & Ors. vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors."

3. In the 2nd last line of the continuing paragraph at page-4, where it has been mentioned the name "Sri Ashish Mukherjee"

should now be read as "Dhimadhab Kirtania & Ors."

4. In the 2nd paragraph at page-4 where it has been mentioned that "MAT 683 of 2018"

should now be read as "MAT 653 of 2018."

This order shall be made part of the order dated 3rd February, 2022.
