It is submitted coaccuseds are on bail. He renews his prayer for bail. Learned lawyer for the State submits petitioner is one of the principal assailants. He does not stand on the same footing with co-accuseds who are on bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner stands on different footing from the co-accuseds who are on bail. In view of the prima facie involvement of the petitioner as one of the principal accused, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
