Uday Bera (Through Video Conference) Perused the report of the Assistant Register-IX-in-Charge dated 20th January, 2021.

It appears that the order of the coordinate Bench dated 29th June, 2017 has not been complied with. It further appears that on 29th June, 2017 the appellant was granted two weeks' time, for the ends of justice, to comply with the earlier direction dated 4th January, 2017. In view of the non-compliance of the order dated 29th June, 2017 the appeal stands dismissed.
