Ms. Sabnam Sultana Mr. Anas Baseer Mr. Archishman Singh .......................for the petitioner The petitioner has challenged the proceeding in G.R. Case No. 1936 of 2023 arising out of Barasat Police Station Case No. 78 of 2023 dated 06.06.2023.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the documents under section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are yet to be supplied to the petitioner. Having considered the same, I am of the view that the present revisional application is premature.

Petitioner would be at liberty to take up all issues canvassed in the present revisional application after supply of copies under section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by way of taking out an application under section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned Magistrate/trial Court, if so advised. The learned trial Court would dispose of the said application in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation made by this Court.

Needless to state that the said application should be disposed of independently.

With the aforesaid observations, C.R.R. 220 of 2024 is disposed of.
