And In Re : Bholanath Patra ...... petitioner Mr. Prithwiraj Biswas Mr. Shahjahan Hossain Ms. Sanjida Sultana ....for the petitioner Mr. Madhusudan Sur Mr. Manoranjan Mahata ....for the State Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner in respect of a police case dated June 8, 2019 and considering the gravity of the offence and the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 236 of 2023 is dismissed.
