This revisional application has been filed for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.35 of 2012, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jangipur at Murshidabad.

It is contended that the said suit has been kept pending although the application for temporary injunction was disposed of on September 10, 2012. It appears that by the order dated September 10, 2012 the parties were directed to maintain status quo with regard to the suit property till disposal of the suit. The plaintiff files this application and contends that although the written statement was filed way back on April 18, 2013, the suit has not progressed. Under such circumstances, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned court below to dispose of the Title Suit No.35 of 2012 in accordance with law and without being influenced by any observations made hereinabove, preferably within a period of one year from

the date of communication of this order unless, the court is prevented by sufficient cause from proceeding with the suit. The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. The revisional applications are disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
