......for the petitioner The revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is directed against an order of maintenance passed under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the revisional application, the Maintenance Tribunal for non compliance of the order impugned has declared the deed of gift executed by the opposite party no.1 in favour of the petitioners as null and void vide order dated May 10, 2024.

In view of such development, challenge to the order impugned has become infructuous, C.O. 154 of 2024 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs. Needless to say, notwithstanding dismissal of the instant revisional application, it is open for the petitioners to challenge the said order dated May 10, 2024 in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
