It is contended there is no direct evidence connecting him with the murder. He prays for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was in the truck where the victim was murdered. FSL report shows presence of human blood on his wearing apparels. He made extra judicial confession.

In view of the incriminating circumstances and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
