The only issue on which the dispute remains is that the petitioner was called in for signing a complaint which the petitioner earlier had sent by hand service and the same was a photostat copy. Police authorities are ready to work on the issue relating to the merits of the complaint.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that at the earliest the petitioner would go to the police station and submit a signed complaint.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no.6 is present and opposes the contention on merits, so far as the accusations which are made in the complaint.

Once the complaint is received it would be as stated in the affidavit, police authorities would act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 1347 of 2025 is disposed of.

A copy of the report has been handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
