Inadvertent typographical error crept in judgment dated 3rd April, 2025.

In the 6th line of 7th paragraph of the judgment dated 3rd April, 2025 "The Learned Advocate for the appellants/claimants submitted to have received the compensation of Rs. 1,80,000/-" shall be read as "The Learned Advocate for the appellants/claimants submitted to have received the compensation of Rs. 3,64,500/-".

The Learned Advocate for the respondent No.1/insurance company is to deposit the balance sum of Rs. 1,35,500/- along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of filing of the claim application till the date of its actual realization before the office of the Learned Registrar General, High Court at Calcutta within four weeks from the date of passing of this order.

Other portions of the order remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in judgment dated 3rd April, 2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
