The petitioners applied for the post of Anganwadi Sahayika in the recruitment process held pursuant to an advertisement dated December 10, 2009 in the Bamangoal ICDS Project in the District of Malda. The petitioners claim that they have been successful in the recruitment process including viva voce test. The have been informed that their names featured in the final panel prepared of 99 candidates, but no publication of the merit list was done. The petitioners have not been appointed. The petitioners have made representations to the Child Development Project Officer, Bamangola ICDS Project in the District of Malda on October 8, 2021 which are not being considered till date.

In those circumstances, the respondent no.3 shall consider the representations of the petitioners dated October

8, 2021 within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

The order that may be passed by the respondent no.3 may be communicated to the petitioners within seven days thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ application shall stand disposed of.

The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of this writ application along with this order on the respondent no.3 for taking steps in the matter.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the learned advocate's communication.
