Petitioners renews the prayer for bail Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were initially granted bail by the coordinate Bench on February 5, 2021 in CRM 10464 of 2020 which was reversed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on a petition under Article 136 of the Constitution of India being filed by the de facto complainant.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. The Court is informed that the accused in respect of whom the Hon'ble Supreme Court wanted a report to be submitted are in custody.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the

involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring in the case diary, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 202 of 2022 is dismissed.
